Bernie, you were the rock we stood behind – you sheltered us from storms which allowed us to do what we did. For that, you gained our dedication, commitment and absolute respect. Our deepest sympathies to Lee and family on the passing of a man of great integrity and strength. Members of the BCI Surveillance Unit 1992-2002.

COLLARD (Stanley ): To our beautiful brother and uncle, you were taken from us far too soon. Our hearts are broken that you’re no longer here.
